Smell: I detected the faint smell of chemicals at first. When I stuck my nose deeper into the bag I got a whiff of herbs, similar to grass clippings and roasted coffee, not overly pleasant to say the least.
Dry Pull: The chemical taste was present, I also tasted a bit of dark cherry, more so than the roasted coffee with the dry pull. The grassy taste was still there also.
Taste: I was caught off guard after lighting one of these up. There was an initial burst of dark cherry flavour, but it quickly got pushed aside by the chemical taste, which was pleasant until about 5/8th of it burned down, when the grassiness crept back and made me gag. yuck
Microbial: N/A
Burn/Ash: A darker mix of salt and pepper, it did not burn through well, but it did burn all the way down without canoeing.
Voyage: This is the one area where this product does shine brighter. After a medium kick to the cranium (heady), it melts down the body for some decent physical relaxation. As time carried on, the heady turns...muddy, and foggy, all the while retaining the relaxation and with minimal burnout.
