So getting the 1964 Organic Death Bubba from the HBC flight is somewhat interesting as it showed how much variation there can be with flower.  I did a review on the preroll of Death Bubba late last year. Now some of the difference can be attributed to freshness as 1964 doesn't put a humidity pack which might help preserve some of the more volatile elements to aroma and flavor. It also shows the terpene ratio can be very important too as this batch while having a similar terpene volume seemed to have a lower terpene total for the individual value of the top terpene.  It also isn't showing the ratios of other elements that contribute to flavor and aroma.

There were also signs of over handling. The buds seemed very stripped and almost smooth on the outside. I have seen and heard about shaggier batches but I can't be sure if this was just an overzealous trimmer or just bag friction and pressure. I probably would not feel this way if this was my first exposure to this product but I have had it taste much better in preroll form no less so there is it. I know this can be better.

It burned well enough, was still pretty resinous but did only give me a light indica high. I might keep an eye out later to see if there is a higher terpene batch or ratios similar to the preroll I had to see if the flavors matched more up. As it was this batch was very mild in flavor, weak in aroma and the highlights being mostly a touch of pepper and pine at different times. I know this can be better so this batch was not a great one to showcase their product.
