Apothecary Botanicals released a rosin product that has left me with mixed feelings. The Du-O had two strains in it, marked by a sticker underneath. The Black side was Grandpa Stash and the Pink side was Pink Kush. First the jar is fine, it opened well without difficulty and seemed to hold up well in my fridge for the time it spent sitting even with me taking half out first and putting it back in for a bit of time. The label could have had more information on it as there was room. The texture of the rosin seemed off as well. The previous ones I have tried have been firm and need a bit of work to soften whereas these were soft and ultra sticky once they had been out of the fridge for a bit. It was hard to use tools to take a small bit out since it wanted to stay together and would have dangling strings of product. My partner was able to roll it a bit while it was cold but had to be very careful and slow with it.

Neither strain burned clean, there was a lot of residue and char at the bottom of my puffco plus. The flavors of all of them were also pretty consistent over all the temperature settings. The Pink Kush was the only nice one in my opinion. It was very green tasting with strong but generic herbal flavors but not unpleasant to use. The Grandpa's Stash was much stronger tasting. It came across very meaty and heavy with a strong bitter aftertaste. I have had meat tasting products that were amusing to vape but this tasted like vaping badly seasoned ground beef.  Given the things I have heard about this product, I can see why it didn't do well and maybe needs a bit of reworking.
