Opening thoughts:

It was a company I've never heard of with a strain that sounded good and a price tag that seemed decent, so in the cart it went. I love gambling on Mendo because they have a TON of fun good stuff at decent prices. This was definitely a gamble. I go in blind for fun. Was this hitting the jackpot? Or scraping the bottom of the barrel?

Now I'm smoking for Science (so you don't have to!)

Break Down:

Packaging: 1/5 stating your craft quality cannabis, could you show it on the package? Terp profile? A percentage? How about some info on how you grew it? Trimmed it? Anything? There's so much about this package I hate. The rip line is right above the seal, the cinch spot has no grip and there's NOTHING ON THE BACK.

Aroma/taste: 1/5 My place erupted in a strong scent of barn when the bag opened. A heavy mix of hay and grass hangs in the air. It tastes of bonfire and actual fresh grass as an aftertaste. There's no pink or bubblegum here.

Buds: 2/ 5 they look hand trimmed. Dry, stemmy and just kind of sad. They crumbled by being handled, there were three small buds on a branch and it had a twin.

The Burn: (pure hemp unbleached papers) 1/5 it doesn't even burn right. There's no resin rings, the ash is a darker gray and it keeps going out.

The Buzz: 2/5 maybe the best part. My face feels the effects right around my nose and frontal lobe. Even though it's a bit mild, I'm just excited I got high from it.

The Burnout: 2/5 I'm pretty sure this should have given me a harvest date, I feel heavy with cbn, I'm drowsy. Dry eyed and depleted. Ain't no fixing this mess.

Overall: 9/25 this is probably my lowest score; ever. I rarely regret my purchases, even when they are terrible . I'm still thankful for the experience but not this time. It could have been worse for sure but when you call yourself craft, you're put to higher expectations and this misses every single one of them by a long shot. I've never been so turned off of a brand. This made me question the craft tag all together.

As always,

Peace, love and pre-rolls
