I actually really like the Slow Ride Ginger Molasses cookie best so far of them. It's a great ginger flavor in a really soft cookie. It also was the least crumbly which I like. The molasses is a more subtle element but has a hint of it over the general cookie taste. That is due mostly because there is not just ginger in this cookie but a nice balance of spices evening out the spicy. It had a really nice depth of flavor that worked with the extract.

Even uninfused this would be a tasty cookie which is how it should be done. The inside baggie did well to keep the moisture in. It is distillate but I had my standard 10mg head high without any real delay. I really like this one and would buy it again if I didn't have so much to try already.
