Jbuds is new on the market for BC but apparently has been growing for other brands before this. I snagged the 7g Dilli-bar since it was a hybrid. Listings also say Flawless Victory so this might be either a rename or a rotator. It's too new to tell which yet. I will admit I was hoping for more from this as their instagram talks about being hand trimmed and looks like a lot of care goes into their products. It's just a shame very little of that is in evidence here. It felt like looking at what used to be a beautiful building collapsed from a truck driving into it. I honestly thought it was machine trimmed from the very smoothly rounded buds and the damage under the scope. They did look frosty but it was almost entirely from stalks alone as almost all their heads are gone. It couldn't really be explained by age either as it wasn't dry and the insides were much nicer and not aged. I was able to see some nice exterior points under the scope but this is a perpetual problem with bags from both shipping bouncing in the bags and store handling with either rubber bands or employee enthusiasm in feeling them up.

The insides were much better portrayed with only a touch of age starting to so in some areas. Also for how resinous it was, handling the buds straight out of the bag left nothing on my fingers. There were some signs of crush damage on the inside as well from some trichomes being a bit squashed together. There were decent aromas of kush and citrus and a hint of nuttiness as well. There was an alright amount of information on the package as well. They could have gone more in depth on the back since the implication is the strain might change but they do at least list top terpenes even if not how much.

The grind was very sticky and it actually was sticky enough to be a little tighter than I wanted. Thankfully this did not impede the smoking of the joint as it did not get too clogged with resin. It honestly has been a very curious type of sticky and yet not resin. This was also a very citrus forward smoke, with a few sour notes at times. The nice flavors unfortunately fade out about half way through the joint but don't go unpleasant at least. It kind of just turned hoppy and with a touch of sage when it wasn't just kind of generic cannabis. It was a nicely smooth smoke. I did feel a slight tickle but nothing unpleasant to deal with. Despite the strain Flawless Victory being mostly indica, this was a very balanced hybrid high and not a very relaxing one. It was a lot better for doing things then winding down for the evening. I'd say it was worth the price but the expectations put out by the brand leaves this feeling a bit lackluster.
