First impression: Opening the bag and smelling it was nice! Strong orange scents and then I heard the dreaded dry peas shake in the bag. The tiny dry buds clinking in the glass was just a punch to the gut. These sad dry nugs looked old with hints of neglect.

Inspection: bottom of the bag, end of the lot bad bag. Tiny dry buds, powdered upon grinding and the color was just stressing me out. I haven't seen this quality since year one.

Experience: The customer service that I was given when I was vastly unsatisfied was met with respect and dignity from each of the parties involved. I might have been a touch rude, and I apologized for it.

The Packaging: The back label was nice, the information was good to read.

Quality to cost ratio: no comment.

Fixes/preferences: There's not enough time in the day and kind ways to express what I'd like. 

Overall /summary: the back label is nice and I had great customer service.

Rebuy: no comment.
