The Emprise salted caramel hot chocolate mix is the start of a good idea but not enough thought put into it. I used the lesser amount of recommended milk to make it and it still felt lacking. The flavor was quite good actually, but thin and had no body except for the milk. It is a milk chocolate flavor with kind of a caramel note but it wasn't very strong as well, a pattern I am noticing here. It is vegan so you can easily make it with water or milk alternatives. I would recommend for a regular mug either double up on the powder or half the liquid amount entirely. 

They do use distillate so it's the fairly standard 10mg high. It just feels vaguely unsatisfying to drink compared to other hot chocolate mixes since the flavor is light and there is not enough body. I don't normally drink vegan hot chocolate so I am unsure if this is the kind of flavors and textures to expect. They also could be trying to keep the sugar down but then it should have been label light to set expectations better. At least the packaging was pretty well done to keep it from getting moisture in even if it’s a little difficult to open.
