Milled cannabis and you.

"It's just B.O.B, ya know bottom of the bag" - 00's quote.

.In 2020 the cannabis world was slightly modified with rolling out of cannabis 2.0 with edibles, beverages, lotions and concentrates; plus Milled Cannabis which I'd have to say was a very quiet release.

This is probably the most hated but yet still purchased product and Hate it all you want but milled cannabis isn't going away anytime soon because there's a market for it. Even if some of the buyers are keeping it a secret from their friends. It's probably the most mocked, hated and sneered at product since pre-rolls first dropped.

Common expressions include : its floor sweepings, its leftover pre-roll cannabis, it's the ugly stuff no one wanted and more.

That's probably one of the many reasons it's generally the most budget friendly option for most stores.

It's sold in bulk and for a cheaper price than whole flower. 146 products found on the OCS for milled cannabis as low as 3$ a gram and sold in 7 grams or more.

Like many things in this industry it's common place to have a blended product to make an experience and flavor profile that people will enjoy. Now blends are probably the most common in this particular product and that's not overly shocking. Since all we know that it's the odds and ends of strains milled and mixed for someone's enjoyment.

I'm not here to bash milled stuff, not by a long shot. With how this industry seems to be destroying unsold cannabis by truckloads I feel that this is a viable option to use the buds you shouldn't pack into your mylar or jar. "But what about pre-rolls?" they cried, shush children. That part of the market is brutal and not everything can be wrapped up like that.

In fact every part of the market is under the microscope literally and figuratively . There's pros and cons to everything and for this type and style of product; it's cheap, that's the point. It opens the market for all types of consumers and it's a great way to move excess products for the companies.

Is it a staple item for me, no but on occasion I'm known to grab a bag or two.

Also according to most companies the difference between milled and ground is the blades. Ground cannabis is ground up using metal blades, whereas milled uses wires and screens to mill the product.

As always
